Annual Accounts and Financial Reporting
Most entities are required to prepare annual accounts or financial statements though dependent on your size and sector, the required form differs. We help ensure you are fully compliant with current legislation and accounting regulations including the charity SORP and FRS 102.
Independent Examination
Charities with income over £10,000 must have an external review of their annual accounts and may be eligible for an Independent Examination.
Accounting and consultancy services
More than annual accounts, we provide a full range of services to be or to support your accounting function. Services include from simple bookkeeping to cashflows and budgets, VAT to advice on your accounting systems and controls.
